| who we are |
| We are Jim Coe and Tess Kingham – advisors and evaluators with an unusual and valuable range of experience that can benefit your organisation. We have wide-ranging experience of campaigns and advocacy work in national/international NGOs and also direct experience of the change dynamic inside the UK and other political systems. Our involvement on both sides of the policy-making scene gives us unique insight into what makes effective advocacy and campaigning. We are not formally constituted as partners, but as self-employed consultants we seek to add value by working together whenever this delivers clear benefits. |
Jim Coe worked for many years in Oxfam’s campaigning programme, most recently as Strategy Development and Learning Manager, responsible for devising and managing a coherent strategic approach in the delivery of Oxfam’s campaigns programme. As a consultant, his focus is on campaigning strategy and campaign planning and evaluation, including the design formative monitoring and evaluation systems. He is the co-author of “Action Against Small Arms: A Resource & Training Handbook”. |
